Activity Fees Update

The Francis Howell School District Board of Education has approved the recommendation of the Extra-Curricular Task Force to establish an activity fee structure for the 2017-18 school year. Students participating in a sport, activity, or club in which a sponsor or coach is paid a stipend, will be required to pay a yearly activity fee. Students will be assessed one fee regardless of how many sports/activities/clubs they participate in during the school year. An application for financial assistance/waive will be available for students as needed. Please contact Mrs. Beth Hickam, Building Information Specialist, in the Guidance Office for more information regarding financial assistance.

The following Barnwell Middle School clubs/activities will require this one-time district fee:

Student Council National Junior Honor Society Show Choir
Drama Club Renaissance Yearbook
Intramurals Robotics* W.E.B.
Jazz Band* (t-shirt and book fee)     

*Additional building level club fees will still apply for this club


Payments can be made in two ways:

  • Online at the Web Store – Go to the Web Store and log in using your student’s ID number and date of birth. You can also find the web store link under the “For Parents” tab on the District and individual school websites.
  • You may also bring cash or check to Mrs. Dillon in the Main Office.
